View DetailsGrowing businesses run into the same friction, again and again
Ageing equipment and unclear software licensing
Unreliable networks and connectivity
Records still kept by hand or in scattered spreadsheets
No one left to call when something breaks
Practical, not generic
One Supplier
Hardware, network and support from one place
The equipment, the network it runs on and the people who fix it when it breaks are not three separate suppliers blaming each other.

Handed Over Properly
Your staff are shown how it works
A system nobody was trained on is a system nobody uses. Setup finishes with your team knowing how to run it, and the setup documented.

Support after setup
Here's how those
three things happen
Step: 01
Discovery & Planning
Tell us what's working, what isn't, and what you need. The equipment, systems, scope and training are worked out before anything begins.
Step: 02
Set Up & Train
The system is installed and configured. Training is arranged where required, so your team understands the tools they're using.
Step: 03
After Setup
Support remains available as the business uses the system and new requirements come up, from troubleshooting to changes and further assistance.
Partnered with the brands we supply

Frequently
Asked Questions

How much does it cost, and how do quotes work?
It depends on the equipment, software, people and work involved, so there is no fixed price list. A written quote follows the agreed scope, and payment terms are agreed before any work begins.
What happens after you have been paid and something breaks?
Support does not end at the invoice. If something that was set up stops working, it gets looked at. Where the fault is with equipment still under manufacturer warranty, Dankslite handles the claim rather than leaving the business to argue with a supplier.
Who owns the licences, passwords and configuration?
The business does. Software licences are registered to the business rather than to Dankslite, and administrator credentials and configuration details are handed over in writing when a job finishes. Nothing is held back that would make it harder to work with someone else later.
Do I have to buy the hardware from Dankslite to get support?
No. Supply and support are separate. Equipment bought elsewhere can still be supported, though a fault on hardware Dankslite did not supply is handled as a support job rather than a warranty claim.
What if I already have equipment, or an existing IT provider?
That is the normal starting point. Most work is adding to or repairing what is already in place rather than replacing it, and equipment that still does its job is kept. There is no requirement to end an existing arrangement to work with Dankslite.
Is the hardware and software genuinely licensed?
Yes. Business hardware and licensed software are supplied through established, genuine channels, not grey-market or unlicensed sources.
Does Dankslite set up POS or HR systems?
No. Dankslite trains staff on business software such as point-of-sale and HR systems, but does not set up, configure or operate those systems. Implementation and any professional accounting, tax or HR advice stay with the business and its own qualified professionals.
Do you work outside Ghana?
Dankslite is based in Ghana and works with businesses across the country as its primary focus. Work outside Ghana can be discussed case by case, depending on the location and the service required.
